Delivery partners
The ESC works with participating finance providers and approved energy upgrade suppliers to deliver Home Energy Saver loans.
The Energy Security Corporation:
- provide loan funding to participating finance providers to enable them to provide zero-interest finance to customers
- set requirements and oversee participating finance providers
- do not assess individual loan applications or manage customer relationships.
Participating finance providers:
- provide Home Energy Saver loans to eligible NSW Households
- assess applications and approve loans
- manage customer relationships and loan accounts
- handle loan disbursement and repayments.
Approved suppliers:
- deliver approved energy upgrades directly to customers
- provide quotes and support the application process where required
- must meet program accreditation and quality standards.
